Pneumatic clamped butterfly valve, as its name suggests, is clamped between the flanges at both ends of the pipeline, and then fixed with a set of bolts through the bolt holes. Pneumatic clamped butterfly valve has a small volume and relatively thin thickness, which is especially suitable for use in occasions where the distance between the two ends of the pipeline is short or the space is limited. Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valve is divided into soft seal and metal seal according to the sealing structure, among which the soft seal butterfly valve is of centerline structure, which has the advantages of anti-corrosion, zero leakage, etc., and the hard seal butterfly valve is of triple eccentric type, which has the advantages of less abrasion and long service life.
Products
Valves with metal seals generally have a longer life than those
with elastic seals, but it is difficult to achieve complete
sealing. Metal seals can adapt to higher operating temperatures,
while elastic seals have the defect of being limited by
temperature.
If a butterfly valve is required for use as a flow control, the
main thing is to select the correct size and type of valve. The
structural principle of butterfly valve is especially suitable for
making large diameter valves. Butterfly valves are widely used not
only in general industries such as oil, gas, chemical, water

Used in sulfuric acid industry gas pipeline: furnace blower inlet
and outlet, relay fan inlet and outlet, electric desorption tandem
and interconnecting valves, S02 main blower inlet and outlet,
converter regulation, preheater inlet and outlet, etc. to regulate
and cut off the volume of gas used.
Used in sulfur acid system in the incineration, conversion, dry
suction section, is the first choice of sulfur acid plant with the
valve brand, by the majority of users that: good sealing
performance, light operation, vice corrosion, high temperature
resistance, easy to operate, flexible, safe and reliable butterfly
valves, has been a large number of popularization and use.
Also widely used in: chemical, petrochemical, smelting,

ammonia, CO2 gas, oil, water, brine, lye, seawater, nitric acid,

on the pipeline as a regulator and interceptor.
